Each Professional cleaner is criminally pre-screened and speaks fluent English. We conduct thorough background checks as well as a thorough check of each candidate’s references.We also conduct follow-up phone calls with each client, to ensure we have provided the best service that meets our clients’ needs. If for any reason you are unhappy with a cleaner, we will be happy to set you up with a different worker. Please let us know within 48 hours if you need to cancel to avoid a $50 lockout fee. We do understand people have emergencies and we will take that to consideration.
